Parallax contributed their code in R3.  They haven't yet released (or at least
they haven't told me) their R4 proprietary, chargable software, etc, server. 
So call your parallax representative for pricing :) .  I did get to use
their beta server and they did fix many of the most obnoxious bugs in the 
PD contrib server in R3.
