I am desparate for the recipe for Vietnamese Curried Beef or Curried
Mock Duck (Fried Gluten).  I do know their ingredients include coconut
milk, onions, and lemongrass.

This is my favorite dish and the only good restuarant for it is 60
miles round trip from my house.
