I have a brother with AIDS and a mother with alcohol and mental problems.
They both have few marketable job skills, poor self-image, no money and
a sparse work history that makes them quite difficult to employ.

I want to hire a professional social worker to provide comprehensive case 
management and personalized service for them where they live in the Tampa/
Sarasota/Bradenton (Florida) area. They need help in many areas, and the public
social workers have too narrow a focus and too little time to give them the
