Too bad it's bogus. Since you admit that the figures may be non-factual, then doesn't that wipe out the reliability of your starting numbers? And without a foundation, doesn't a house (or chain of logic) fall? I suppose one could note the (later) much-larger opposition to the Vietnam War and say that the lower opposition to the Gulf War means that the peace movement is in *decline*. Or the lack of huge peace demonstrations that were all the rage about 8-10 years ago.
