I need a calendar program in "C" to be used in a scheduling
system. The typical uses of the program are:

	1. To be able to specify holidays in a year.
	2. To support multiple shifts per day.
	3. To be able to compute the time difference between two
	   specified days.
	4. Atleast usable for the mext 10 years.

I would apprciate pointers to any public domain programs or
journal articles to do this.
