I'm looking for a program that can convert ANSI-style prototyped
function declarations to K&R (old-style) C.

I've found lots of programs that go the other way...  I also came
across the ansi2knr routine in Ghostscript.  Unfortunately, I need
something that can cope with function pointer fields in structs, as
well as the functions themselves; so ansi2knr doesn't cut it.

Any suggestions?  It has to be a free program, because I need to
distribute it with another free program.
