	Can anyone send me information on meta-rules/control-knowledge (ie knowledge
about knowledge, processes of learning) ,  and it's representation in a 
frame-base/semantic-net strucutre.   and a representing language that would be 
powerful enough to support such a knowledge strucutre.  Also any thoughts/opinions
on this subject would be appreciated.
