He describes his problem as follows :

i)  Information is required on the KEE programming 
    environment, does it have any similarities to 
    the Goldworks expert System "shell"?.
    
ii) Metrics for non-procedural (i.e declarative)
    AI-style languages for example Prolog, Lisp and
    Pop-11(!). Most metrics for procedural languages 
    will prove inappropriate. What is the feasibility 
    of such metrics for AI languages ?. Any ideas on 
    their future use ?.
