The gist of the format is: 4 pages, 2 columns, top margin 1 inch, bottom margin 1/2 inch, left margin .9 inches, right margin .875 inches, gap between columns 1/4 inch. Font is 10 point Times Roman. I received the "General Instructions" in a Fed Express envelope on Monday (April 1). It was sent from Northwestern. The papers are due in California before noon on the 19th.
