I also tried other methods of locating the file before I asked the net for help,(including logging onto SIMTEL) which I have a problem logging on to and staying logged onto. I could not find it on WUARCHIVE in the mirrors directory because it was located in the comp.binaries.ibm.pc section rather than m mirror/msdos/laser directory as is usually the case for programs take from SIMTEL. So I asked the net for other possible locations of the program, and I don't expect to be chastized by you for it.
