I find this entry to be very misleading.  I hope no one else wastes the 
bandwidth of downloading it.  I personally would have entered it as follows:

   These programs have been tested

These appear to be a collection of sector and track level tools for
aiding in examination and "repair" of non-standard disk formats,
such as those commonly employed in the dark ages of copy protection.
