A very relevant problem, of course.  This, and many other similar
recurring queries are covered in /pc/ts/tsfaq19.arc (Frequently
Asked Questions), easily available eg from our site and Simtel20. 

A very brief summary for garbo.uwasa.fi: Take a look at the /unix/ts
directory for the relevant Unix utilities, and at /unix/ts/0news-u
file for instructions how to set them working on an Unix system.
