There are 4 conductor 6-pin ones. HOWEVER, this catalog is copyright 1987, before much of the modular connector for LANs hoopla so there may be some newer stuff around that satisfies the 8pin, 4-conductor requirement. (The manufacturer of the ones I found is Allen Tel.) If you're into a little of your own wiring, there are Modular jack Panels and LAn Twisted Pair Distribution Panels in the catalog for converting 25-pair cables to modular conenctors (4, 6, and 8 pin versions). They are mostly rack mount.
