About every six months or so, someone picks up a file on a BBS that has
a bunch of modem surcharge information.  And it seems to generate a lot
of messages.  Unless we can get new information, this is NOT true.  It
is nothing to get worked up about.  It could happen someday, so we don't
want to close our eyes to it, but right now there isn't such a thing
being planned.
