Does anybody know of any fonts containing a large collection
of phonetic characters?  I need to use quite a few of them in
my dissertation.

I have heard that Peter Ladefoged of UCLA has such a font.  Does
anybody know if this font, or any other, is available through
public domain on a file server somewhere?
