Hello Netters:

Have any of you read Peter Dennings Editorial in the March issue of
the Communications of the ACM? I have a question regarding this editorial.
I was trying to locate one of his references:

	Matsushita, K. The secret is shared, Manufacturing Engineer,
        vol 100, 2 (Feb 1988).

Unfortunately the article is not in the issue of Manufacturing Engineer as
quoted in the reference.  Does anybody know the right volume number and issue
of ME which has the article?
