Hi.
I'm currently writing an implementation of JPEG using the arithmetic coding, and

it is rather unclear from the technical reference draft how to manage the variou
s
statistical conditioning simultaneously.
especially, how does one move from one statistical bin to another.

The way I understand it one has to send a lot of parameters to the Encode_C proc
edure,
when it looks from the draft that it receives only the value C.

any help would be appreciated.
