I try to install Dkbtrace in Unix BSD4.2. When I "make" makfile, the 
compiler stop at [gcc -DBSD -c raw.c] and some error message show up
on the screen:

 in "raw.c", line 138, _IOFBF is undeclared. 

Can anyone help me with this? many thanx.  -lan
