	Ok, now Tgif, will do limited animation of lines, and includes an
	example for an electrical circuit.  Also, if your database is consistant
	then it should be possible to write a program under the X window system
	to display your data, I would suggest hiring someone to do this, since
	you are a novice.  As for, the map of the U.S. mercator software is
	avialable, not sure were, but I have some data for it.

	As for is this what you want to see, Well, my writing and english is
