I am looking for information on Case Management Systems.  I may have an
opportunity to become involved in an organization that has a need for Case
Management software/systems that may be used on a network or individual system
level.  I have never been involved with Case Management systems in the past,
therefore I am looking for any input that would be helpful.  Information such
as software systems that exist and how they handle special case needs and text
references would be extremely useful.
 
I hope I have been succinct enough so someone familiar with this area can give
me some direction.  I can be reached by email and I monitor this group
regularly.  Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
