        If you want a place to FREQ the OBERON Compiler from, I saw this in 
the FIDO Dr Debug echo

Oberon for DOS can now be FREQd from 1:397/2@fidonet (9600 HST/v.32).  The 
file name is OBERONM.ZIP and is less that 140k bytes.

For those who can not FREQ the file, it may be downloaded from Soft World 
BBS 
at (512)383-9898 (300/1200/2400/9600 HST/v.32).  First time callers have 
access to the files area after filling out a short questionaire.

Note that OBERONM supports only 80x86 cpu's and does not support 8086 or 
8088 
cpu's.
