I know there are plenty for TRM>Pascal -> C, Fortran -> C, etc. Logitech once sold a Turbo Pascal/Modula-2 translator. Of course, the Logitec compiler is now sold by Multiscope, so I'm not sure if the translator might ha fallen by the wayside since then. What translators I've seen for Modula-2 have gone the other way - I've heard o at least one Modula-2 "compiler" that translates the Modula-2 code into C.
