  No, Microsoft Quick Pascal does *NOT* compile to .OBJ format (it links
  in memory, just like Turbo). MS Pascal *might*, I'm not sure.  Microsoft
  Quick Pascal comes close to Turbo 5.0 compatibility, but neglected 
  overlay support completely.
