The NeWSprint development group has been very responsive to our numerous complaints and bug reports, and we continue to work with them. However, I do feel that this sort of thing should have happened at a much earlier stage (i.e., Sun should have sought out sites like ours and yours to do some serious beta testing prior to the formal release of the product).
