Care to compare notes about the time that it takes various Prolog-
related scholarly journals to make their decisions about papers?

I recently had Journal of Logic Programming sit on a paper for more
than a year. Then it came back, rejected, with two referees both
saying I should have cited more recent literature (i.e., things that
became available after I submitted it!).
