When replying to local messages, elm tacks on the local machine and domain
name.  For a variety of reasons, this won't do - elm needs to pass on local
usernames verbatim to the mailer.
 
Now: 	"From: user"	-> "To: user@this-machine.BITNET"
Wanted:			-> "To: user"

Any easy fix?
