Up until yesterday (switch to daylight savings time) MH was generating
the correct time zone names in dates, PST.  Now, however, it thinks
we are in MDT instead of PDT.  Anyone know what might be going wrong?
This is with:

version: MH 6.7.1 #5[UCI] (fungus) of Fri Feb 15 13:27:52 PST 1991

Running on Sun-3 and Sun-4 machines, SunOS 4.0.3 and SunOS 4.1.1.
