   I have fetched the IDA sendmail, and want to use it, however, the
docs all use the _me_ macros (I am assuming that's what troff -me is
indicating), and as I am on a SCO-Xenix system, which only has the
man, mm and ms macros, and the mn macros from elm, I am stuck, short
of editing the doc sources, and guessing at what is meant.

   So if some kind soul could sling me a copy, or point at a site
where I can netfetch (or even ftp, sigh) them, or a package that
contains them, I'd be a much happier little sendmailer.
