I know this sounds strange but I need to be able to allow users on
IBM AS/400's to connect to a Unix computer (386 machine running ISC 2.2) 
and run applications on it.  The AS/400's will be connected through the X.25
network.

The problem is that my application require character by character input and
output but the block mode terminals send blocks of data :-(

Does anyone know of a solution ?
