Could somebody give me some information about the following:

We are an Engineering company and are looking for a program for our Procurement
department (Purchasing, Expediting, Shipping, Quality Control/Quality Assurance)
It must be written in PROGRESS, INGRES or ORACLE.

We know of a program called COMPROC from Davy Computing Ltd. but this doesn't 
completely fulfill our needs.

Please let me know if there is such a program, or several programs for each
section, already available or under way.
Our alternative is to write it ourselves, but we are not really waiting for
such an amount of work.
