I already see that someone is building TCP/IP support, so won't ask about that. Does it have any BSD-type extensions like sockets? What utilities like kermit and vi does it come with. Man pages? Source code for any or all parts of the system? Anybody using it as a teaching tool, and how does it stand up. How is documentation. What is the minimum system it can run on. (I am running Minix on a 2 x 720K 640K V30 laptop with room to spare). Is there a Macintosh version? One question I won't ask is "will is support X11R4?" Are there any repository sites for goodies and toys to go with Coherent? Or is all this brand new? I feel inclined to spend $99 for an evaluation copy. --
