I am looking for some application which would enable
me to change the date & time of all the files and "directories"
(including '.' and '..' dirs) for an 80 Meg hard disk.

Borland's turbo C++ is shipped with a program -touch.com
but you can only change the date of files with it. The
directories remain unchanged.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
