Does anybody know of a graphics package that will allow me to
do virtual windows (popup). I know lots of packages will do
ordinary pop-ups (like Metawindow etc), but do not allow you
to write to an overlaid window. I do not want to use MSWINDOWS
because I don't believe I can control the delays which may be
introduced by applications running in other windows (I need speed).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
