Would anyone know about an implementation of the picl communication
package for the BBN GP1000?
Alternatively could anyone tell me off hand what the envIN does?
We don't have assembler manuals for the iPSC/2 here. envIN is called
from C as int envIN(int). The content of the envin.s file is as
follows:

        .globl  envIN
envIN:
        mov     4(%esp), %edx
        xor     %eax, %eax
        .byte   0xEC                   / inb   %dx
        ret
