A copy of pertinent manual pages would even be better. I attempted to move one of these printers (it's dedicated to printing labels) from one UNIX system to another and needed to change the baud rate. Now the baud rate and the handshaking are screwed up. And the manual cannot be found. :-( BTW, I called Dataproducts at their "support number" in California, and got an answering machine. Grrr...
