We use mass termination on the 10BaseT hubs, to 66 blocks, and cross connect to the 2nd and third pairs of the RJ-11's. We use a custom cable to connect the RJ11 to the MAU, which we have made up for, I think, $8.00. We don't do it, but you could run a telephone connection on the first pair, and 10BaseT on the other two pairs simultaneously. I have a couple of adapters somewhere around that will do that out of one RJ11.
