This is probably a question that has been asked and answered many times in the last six months but we've been unplugged from the USENET for the past year so I'm operating out of a news blackout. In the INTEROP 1991 brochure that advertises Doug Comer's TCP/IP Internals and Implementation tutorial mention is made of his book "Internetworking with TCP/IP: Design, Implementation, and Internals, Vol 2". On a recent business trip to the Bay Area I stopped in at the Stanford Bookstore to see if this book was available and found that it had ( as of the end of January at least ) not yet been published. If you could respond with any information as to the current or future availability of this book I would be greatly appreciative.
