Environment:
	Novell 2.15 C, IPX (PD version) 3.01, NETx 3.01
	WD8003E network cards with packet driver version 7.6.
	various hardware platforms and dBase installations
Problem:
	Machine hangs when dBase IV 1.1 is started. This doesn't happen with 
	packet driver version 6a.5c (first that had -n functionality).

Later versions of drivers (9.7, for example) have this problem, too. We
could use those older drivers if we didn't want to use Windows too.
