I found an article (I think in alt.security, but I'm not sure)
about password security ("Foiling the cracker"", by Daniel V. Klein).
It is a troff formatted text, and it must printed using:

	refer -k -l -P -e "file" | tbl | troff -ms

I'm on a HP-UX machine and I don't have refer. I looked for it in some
anonymous ftp site, but I did't find it.

Can anybody help?
