I'm looking for  a public domain on-line help system for dos.
An equivalent of BSD Unix's /usr/lib/help, or of VMS Help,
either of which allow for help pages formatted in troff,
would be preferred.  My intention would be to install it on
a Lan Manager network of ethernetted 386's.
