So far, it's holding up very well. If your 10mb is very old, it may take a disproportionate amount of power to drive it. It may be a good idea to check the current consumption on the +12 and +5 leads for that drive. Do you have in internal fan installed? If not, make sure you fit one. One other trick is to put a piece of card/metal behind the fan to force the airflow thru the psu casing.
