Try this:

  FOR X%=200 TO 800 STEP 23
    FOR Y%=200 TO 800 STEP 17
      SOUND 1,-15,X%*Y%,1
    NEXT
  NEXT

It only works on non Arcs, as it stands, and lasts for about a minute or so.
