Does the TCP/IP package from Commodore come with programming libraries to access
the Commodore Ethernet board?  Is there a socket library to go along with the
software?  Documentation on how to interface with the board?  Is there access to
such ioctl's such as SIOIFCONF?

I wish to add Ethernet support to network program (read: Game).  Right now is
uses a MIDI "token-ring" network.
