Even though I didn't get any responses, I managed to figure the problem out. For those that might be experiencing similar problems, the fix is really quite simple. In the printer configuration, instead of LPT1: select LPT1.OS2 and everything will work beautifuly. I suspect that the regular LPT1 driver hits the hardware dirrectly, while the LPT1.OS2 goes through the bios, and therefore works fine. cheers... Bo Najdrovsky bn@occrsh.att.com
