Has anyone successfully printed a postscript file to a postscript
printer from AMAX II?

At the place where I work, we have the following setup:

	Amiga 3000/16
	Amax II version 2.06  
	System 6.0.3
	LaserWriter/LaserPref 6.0.1
	NEC SilentWriter2 Model 90 (postscript printer)

I created a postscript file using Amiga-K and then used 'filedump' to
dump it (postscript0) to the NEC.  As soon as I clicked Open, I could see
the NEC's front panel display indicated "PROCESSING".  After awhile it
displayed "READY", and nothing was printed.  Of course, I selected LaserWriter 
from Chooser before doing this.  Also, I turned off the Imagewrite-Emulation 
from AMAX, and selected PortB = parallel.  But when I took a postscript file 
from my UNIX account which was created using lptops, downloaded to the Amiga
(AMAX), and used 'filedump' then it worked.  Does anyone know why?  Any helps
would be appreciated.
