It is unlikely that someone in Australia will want to buy a bunch of NTSC-based games or incompatible hardware from someone living on the other side of the world. Unfortunately, we still get these postings, with "world" distribution, even here - and they're a waste of my time and that of others in other countries. Come to that, they're a waste of time for many people living in the US. I doubt that someone from California is really THAT interested in a second-hand game for sale in New York.
