The spell seems to kill low-level stuff without too much problem. I don't know if you're an AD&D player or not, but if you are: remember that cloudkill spells generally only work on critters that have LESS than 8 hit-dice. If the moster that's bearing down on your sorceror has more than 8 hit-dice, he's gonna simply waltz through your cloudkill and tear you up! Also, I think that magic-resistant creatures (like those detestable dark elves) will probably ignore your cloudkill as well. Hope that helps. To reiterate: I don't think you have a bug in your program. Now, maybe you-guys can help ME with something: does your version of BONDS crash when it tries to load-in data for phase spiders when you're in the ruins near Teshwave? I get this message at the bottom of my screen: Invalid Item, -1/333 ? Does anyone out there in Net-Land get this too? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Richard J.
