The PaintJet can only do 180dpi. So, you'd actually be getting BETTER resolution as well as color with this DeskJet/Inkmun combo. Mind you, the colors wouldn't be dithered so much as layered upon each other, which may cause discrepancies between screen and printer (or rather, more discrepancies than what you ALREADY get...). Also, doesn't Professional Page by Gold Disk do color separations? Not that PageStream isn't perfectly suitable - I use it on both a DeskJet and PaintJet and love it.
