No big deal. Electronic Arts doesn't pay dividends (and probably won't, according to their prospectus). Even so, I made a net gain of $400 in 8 months on an original $800 investment in EA. How do you think I paid for my 3000? I sold my stock! The reason Commodore doesn't pay dividends is the right reason not to pay dividends: they roll money they make back into the company, for development and such stuff. This sort of thing tends to help stock prices (but not always). Dan Zerkle zerkle@iris.eecs.ucdavis.edu (916) 754-0240 Amiga... Because life is too short for boring computers.
