Of course, the ST was designed over *FIVE YEARS* ago, and has never really changed since then.. ( WHY???) An Atari 8-bit screen only took up 8k of RAM... if you want to take it to extremes, an AstroCade only needed 2K to display a full screen.. Why not change with the times..? Why not provide competitive graphics modes..? Why...? BobR
